Overview
We're looking for an Executive Producer (Content) to lead our content offering and shape how we produce work across both St Marks Studios and Taylor Herring.
What you'll be doing:
- You'll be the production lead across Taylor Herring's content output, working hand in hand with creatives, strategists and client teams to turn bold ideas into brilliant work.
- One day that might mean delivering a premium brand campaign or commercial shoot. The next, you'll be overseeing creator-led content, editorial storytelling or a fast-moving social production.
- You'll also work closely with the St Marks Brand Experience team, ensuring every live experience is designed with content in mind from the outset. From launch films and social content to multi-camera event coverage and performance capture, you'll help create work that extends far beyond the live moment.
- Along the way you'll lead talented producers, build exceptional production teams and continually evolve how we deliver best-in-class content across both agencies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
