At egg we make experiences. Real ones.

The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.

We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same. That's part of what we enjoy. It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.

We laugh a lot too. Sometimes at work. Mostly at ourselves.

At egg, we care about each other as much as we care about our clients and our business. We're collaborative, curious and straightforward. We help each other out when things get busy, we challenge each other to think differently, and we don't leave problems for someone else to solve.

No big egos. No hiding mistakes. No silent chickens in this nest.

Which brings us to you

We're looking for an Executive Producer to lead some of our largest, most complex and most strategically important programmes.

This isn't a Project Director role.

Our Project Directors are exceptional at delivering events. As an Executive Producer, your role starts much earlier. You help shape the client's thinking, challenge the brief, define the vision, bring together the right expertise and ultimately take responsibility for the overall success of the programme, creatively, commercially and operationally.

You're the person clients turn to for strategic advice. You're the person teams look to for direction when things become complex. And you're the person who can balance creative ambition with commercial reality.

You don't just ask, "How do we deliver this?"

You ask, "What's the best way to solve this client's challenge?"

Most importantly, you create experiences that clients couldn't imagine delivering.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead complex, multi-market event programmes from pitch and proposal development through to delivery and reconciliation.
  • Shape strategic, creative and operational responses to client briefs, working closely with creative, content and production teams.
  • Act as the senior client advisor, building trusted relationships and guiding clients through key decisions.
  • Own the overall event vision and audience experience, ensuring every touchpoint delivers against objectives.
  • Drive commercial performance through budget ownership, margin protection, scope management and supplier negotiations.
  • Identify growth opportunities, contribute to business development efforts and support the continued success of key accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
