Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Receptionist (Executive Colleague Support Host) based with our team at the Manchester offices of one of the largest banks in the world!

The role of the Executive Client Support Host is to provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders in the Clients’ business. They will host the bank’s Chairman, CEO, board members, key Executives and their guests, proactively maintaining a personal knowledge of the Executive team and their structure.

The Executive Client Support Host will also take the initiative on community activity and engagement within office. They will need to make themselves available at the start of booked meetings and events in flexible working spaces to provide assistance to the hosts and attendees. As well as attend weekly meetings with relevant suppliers and property management to discuss upcoming priority meetings and VIP visitors, so that they can liaise appropriately with all FOH colleagues to ensure the details of key meetings and VIP visits are communicated and diarised.

Hours

  • 40 hours per week, varying shifts between 7:00-18:00 from Mon-Fri

Salary

  • £29,415 per annum + free meal on shift

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude.

The successful candidate must be able to engage with people at all levels of a business to create rapport and handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Previous experience in a customer service role or front of house role essential, preferably within a corporate environment.

Previous experience in booking and coordinating events is highly desirable.
