Join our Talent Acquisition team
As an Executive Recruiter focused on senior Technology hiring, you will lead Managing Director-level searches globally across areas including Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, AI and CISO, partnering with senior business leaders to attract, assess and secure exceptional technology talent for the bank.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end MD-level technology executive searches, from briefing and market mapping through assessment, offer and onboarding.
- Identify, approach and engage senior passive technology talent globally, with a focus on financial services and adjacent technology markets.
- Partner with senior leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition and Reward to shape hiring strategy, assessment, succession pipelines and offers.
- Assess candidates against leadership impact, technology expertise, strategic fit, risk awareness and cultural alignment.
- Build deep market intelligence across priority technology disciplines, including competitor structures, people moves and talent hotspots.
- Use data, insight and recruitment technology to improve search quality, candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
- Ensure every search is delivered with strong governance, discretion, risk awareness and compliance.

Who You Are
- Experience in executive talent acquisition or retained search, with a strong track record hiring senior technology leaders.
- Strong network and market knowledge across senior technology talent, ideally within financial services.
- Proven ability to engage passive executive candidates and present high-quality shortlists, insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Confidence advising and influencing senior leaders in a complex, global organisation.
- Knowledge of executive compensation, offer management and hiring governance.
- Ability to turn recruitment data and market intelligence into clear, practical hiring advice.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
