Executive Search Recruitment Consultant

Hybrid Working - near Stroud

£30,000 - £40,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

Ready to build something from the ground up?

Our client is an ambitious Executive Search business specialising exclusively in the US Construction market.

Still in the early stages of its growth journey, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where you'll work directly alongside the Founder, play a key role in its future success and genuinely influence the direction of the company.

If you're looking to move away from a large corporate environment and join a growing, entrepreneurial business where your contribution will be recognised, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

This is a true 360 Executive Search role, combining business development, client management and headhunting across the US Construction market.

Success in this role comes from building relationships, opening new opportunities and delivering an exceptional consultative service to clients and candidates alike.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
