Executive Recruiter (Startup & C-level Specialist)
Red Sky is a venture builder. We conceptualize digital companies and bring them to life—but a startup is only as good as its leadership. We are looking for an Executive Recruiter who specializes in identifying, attracting, and closing elite C-level talent (CEO, CTO, CPO, Co-founders) capable of taking a startup from seed stage to global scale. This is a high-impact, highly autonomous role where you act as Red Sky's internal boutique executive search firm. If you understand the fundamental difference between a corporate manager and a startup builder, and have a strong footprint in the investment or tech ecosystem, we want to talk to you. Your Responsibilities End-to-End Executive Search: Lead confidential, high-stakes recruitment processes for C-level positions across our portfolio, from initial leadership profiling to successful placement and equity negotiation. Ecosystem Networking: Proactively build and nurture an exclusive global network of proven entrepreneurs, seasoned tech executives, digital leaders, and industry advisors. Rigorous Executive Assessment: Conduct deep competency and cultural fit interviews. You must accurately evaluate a candidate’s risk tolerance, entrepreneurial drive, and capacity to lead in high-uncertainty environments. Hands-on Execution: At Red Sky, we don't rely on costly external executive search agencies. You will roll up your sleeves, drive the search strategy yourself, and personally manage the relationship with high-profile candidates. What We Are Looking For Extensive experience in Executive Search / Headhunting, specifically focusing on C-level, VP, or Founder-level placements within the tech, digital, or SaaS sectors. Venture Capital / Private Equity Exposure: Experience working within or closely alongside VC funds, startup accelerators, or high-growth tech ecosystems is a major advantage. Deep Business Acumen: You understand how startups operate, fundraise, and scale. Terms like ARR, runway, cap table, dilution, and Series A are second nature to you. Masterful Negotiation & Discretion: Exceptional emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close complex executive offers involving equity components. Fluent English: Impeccable command of English and Polish, both spoken and written, suitable for communicating with international investors and high-profile executives. What We Offer High-Impact Position: You will have a seat at the table, directly influencing who leads our next big spin-off and shaping the future of Red Sky’s portfolio. Elite Networking: Continuous engagement with top-tier business minds, tech innovators, and venture capitalists across Europe and beyond. Premium Compensation: A competitive salary package mapped to your seniority, experience, and the strategic value you bring. True Entrepreneurial Culture: An environment that champions bold ideas, swift decision-making, and complete professional freedom over corporate bureaucracy.
Important Note: This is an open-ended application for our Talent Pipeline. At Red Sky, we are constantly validating new business ideas and launching new ventures. We want to build relationships with exceptional talent ahead of time, so that when a new startup spins off or a new funding round closes, we can fast-track you into active roles. If your profile matches our vision, we will invite you for an introductory call to discuss your career aspirations and future synergy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
