About the Role
To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Recruiter to attract top-tier talent, leveraging market intelligence and research-driven insights to secure the best candidates. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing senior-level talent across various business functions. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, using your expertise in market research, talent mapping, and industry analysis to guide hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth industry research to understand hiring trends, competitor strategies, and talent availability.
- Map out senior talent pools across e-commerce, retail, logistics, and technology sectors.
- Provide data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions.
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies using headhunting, networking, and advanced research techniques.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-potential candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business needs and define hiring priorities.
- Act as a strategic advisor, presenting market insights, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience, aligning with JD.com’s values and employer brand.
- Stay up to date with emerging recruitment technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, or talent research, preferably within e-commerce, technology, or retail.
- Strong market research and talent intelligence skills, with the ability to interpret industry trends and translate them into actionable hiring strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior executives.
- A proactive and data-driven mindset, with expertise in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and competitive analysis.
- Knowledge of UK hiring regulations and experience recruiting for international businesses is a plus.
