Graduate Executive Search Consultant
Location: London (New Office)
Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission
Help Build Our First London Office
RSP Group is opening its first London office, and we're looking for two ambitious graduates to join us from day one.
This isn't joining a large recruitment company where you're one of hundreds of consultants.
It's an opportunity to become one of the founding members of a growing executive search business, work alongside experienced recruiters and help build something that could become really special over the coming years.
You'll join alongside another graduate, learn together and receive daily mentoring from experienced recruiters while working on live executive search assignments from your very first week.

We partner with some of the largest contractors, developers and owners across North America, delivering retained and exclusive search assignments for senior leadership positions across Healthcare, Mission Critical, Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Commercial Construction.

As your experience grows, we'll help you develop your own client relationships, build your own market and become a trusted executive search consultant.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting retained and exclusive executive search assignments across the United States.
- Identifying and engaging senior construction professionals.
- Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Learning executive search, market mapping and headhunting techniques.
- Supporting recruitment processes from initial briefing through to successful placement.
- Developing business development skills and helping grow existing client relationships.
- Becoming a recognised specialist within your chosen market.
- Helping build and shape our London office.

You don't need previous recruitment experience.

Training & Development
You'll receive structured training from experienced executive recruiters covering:
- Executive search methodology.
- Candidate sourcing and headhunting.
- Market mapping.
- Client management.
- Business development.
- Negotiation.
- Recruitment technology.
- Ongoing one-to-one mentoring and coaching.
You'll be working on live assignments from the beginning, giving you real experience while learning.
