About the role

The Executive Reporting & Insights Manager is a senior role within Haleon’s Digital & Technology (D&T) organisation, accountable for delivering high-quality executive reporting and insight that supports leadership decision-making at the most senior levels.

The role owns the creation of clear, trusted and consistent executive-level performance reports, combining data from across delivery, financial, operational and strategic domains into a single, coherent narrative. It ensures senior leaders receive not just data, but insight, context and clarity on decisions required.

Working closely with D&T leadership, Data & Reporting, Financial Performance, Portfolio & Performance and Operational Performance teams, this role acts as a bridge between complex data and executive-level action.

Role purpose

To enable effective executive decision-making by delivering trusted, standardised and insight-led reporting, ensuring leaders have a clear, concise and consistent view of performance, trends, risks and priorities.

Key accountabilities

The Executive Reporting & Insights Manager is accountable for:

  • Producing and owning executive-level reporting as a single, trusted version of the truth
  • Transforming complex data into clear executive insight and narrative
  • Ensuring consistency, accuracy and quality of reporting used in senior forums
  • Standardising executive reporting packs, templates and visualisation approaches
  • Driving automation and continuous improvement of executive reporting
  • Supporting senior governance forums with decision-ready insight

Key responsibilities

  1. Executive Reporting Ownership
    • Own the end-to-end production of executive reporting packs for senior leadership forums (e.g. LT, ExCo-style reviews, QBRs).
    • Ensure reporting brings together delivery, financial, operational and risk insights into a coherent executive view.
    • Maintain confidence that executive reporting represents a single, trusted source of truth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
