What You'll Do
The Executive Research Manager specialises in:
- Proactively sourcing high-caliber professionals for leadership roles across the EMESA region and beyond.
- Collaborating with the wider recruitment team to execute diverse searches.
- Leveraging multiple market channels to identify, attract, and assess critical talent for BCG’s high-growth business units.
- Supporting end-to-end leadership recruitment from pipeline creation to talent engagement.
What You'll Bring
We’re seeking a strategic talent specialist with:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- 6–8 years of in-house talent sourcing, headhunting, or executive search experience—preferably in professional services.
- Focus on delivering white-glove service tailored to senior roles.
- Research-driven approach: Own end-to-end pipeline creation and talent acquisition marketing, with expertise in candidate segmentation.
- Hands-on experience in discreet recruitment, from cold outreach to candidate conversion.
- Proven ability to source passive talent across industries, including business function builds in consulting environments.
- Strong grasp of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities (At a Glance)
- Define recruitment strategy: Partner with hiring managers to articulate role requirements, target candidate profiles, and search strategy.
- Research & org design: Conduct high-level name generation and org chart creation; build longlists, talent pool mappings, and white-glove search reports.
- Executive advisory: Act as the Talent Advisor, guiding stakeholders on talent pool quality, availability, and fit.
- Proactive sourcing: Develop and execute a channel strategy to sustain high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Passive candidate engagement: Target passive talent via social media, direct outreach, and networking with personalised content.
- Intellectual rigor: Lead Talent Intelligence reports, including functional expertise assessments and BCG-fit evaluations.
- Database management: Maintain and update the candidate pipeline for sustained engagement with top talent.
- Global collaboration: Contribute strategic insights across BCG’s international functions and business units.
