MatArc develops application-based solutions for diverse industries such as finance and healthcare, construction, FMCG, Oil & Gas, and others. MatArc designs AI-embedded solutions that are reliable, transparent, and aligned with evolving regulatory and security standards. Team members work closely with clients to ensure deployments are sustainable, secure, and future-proof. Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Executive Sales Representative role with potential for a move to a permanent role. The person will be responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic accounts. The Executive Sales Representative will:

  • Learn the products
  • Understand client needs, privacy, and compliance
  • Manage a targeted pipeline
  • Prepare proposals
  • Run product demos and webinars
  • Follow up with clients in the pipeline
  • Negotiate contract terms in collaboration with legal and leadership

The role will coordinate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and share market feedback. The Executive Sales Representative will also:

  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Represent MatArc at virtual and in-person industry events as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology
  • Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline management, and consultative selling, including the ability to run structured discovery and solution-focused conversations
  • Ability to explain technical concepts (AI, data privacy, security, compliance) in clear, accessible language to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior leadership and executive buyers
  • Comfort working in a remote, fast-moving environment, including strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ownership of outcomes
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic sales analytics for forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis
  • Experience selling into multiple industries such as finance, healthcare, or public sector is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Must reside in the UK with work permission

What We Offer

  • Base rate of 15 GBP per hour
  • 50 GBP bonus for each client onboarding
  • 5% sharing in monthly subscription fee of the onboarded client for one year or end of client's engagement period, whichever comes earlier
