Maiden Marc Advisory Partnership Opportunity
Maiden Marc Advisory are currently partnering with a fast-growing boutique executive search firm specialising in global financial markets as they continue to expand their Front Office practice.
About the Client
Founded by three experienced Partners from one of the market's most respected commodities search firms, our client has quickly established itself as a trusted advisor to leading hedge funds, trading houses, investment firms, and financial institutions. Operating on retained, senior-level search mandates, they combine deep market expertise with a highly collaborative and research-driven approach.
Since launching in 2019, the firm has grown steadily, expanded into a second international office, with US growth plans already underway. Despite being a boutique business, they have invested heavily in building the infrastructure, leadership, and culture needed for sustainable growth.
Opportunity Overview
This is an opportunity to join a business where junior consultants receive genuine responsibility from an early stage. Rather than sitting behind senior consultants, you will be given exposure to clients, candidates, and retained search delivery while developing into a commercially focused executive search professional.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
