Executive Search Associate, GTM Practice
Location: London (with travel to Austin) | Open to: Recent graduates
About the Role
I'm recruiting on behalf of an executive search firm specialising in advising high-growth startups on their most critical hires: go-to-market leaders who determine whether a company scales or stalls.
The firm works with Series A to C tech businesses across North America, including sectors like AI, fintech, and medtech, placing key roles such as:
- VPs of Sales
- CROs
- Heads of Growth
Notable achievements include helping a client grow from zero to $100M in revenue. Hires at this level are the firm’s most significant work.
This is a rare opportunity for a recent graduate to enter executive search while gaining exposure to one of the market’s fastest-growing and highest-value verticals—a field that operates at the top end of the market in terms of quality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
