Executive Search Associate – London
Pacific International is a globally recognised retained executive search firm, partnering with Fortune 500, FTSE 100, and high-growth organisations to build exceptional C-suite and senior leadership teams. Renowned for our agility, adaptability, and commitment to diversity, we are seeking driven individuals ready to launch a career in executive search through our training programme.
We are specifically looking for bilingual professionals fluent in English and either German or French, as you will support executive search assignments across key European markets.
Please Note: This role requires fluency in English and one of German or French.

Responsibilities
- Achieve target outreach goals by consistently identifying high-quality candidates.
- Conduct direct outreach and sourcing to assess, engage, and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through relationship-building and market mapping.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sector and Client Delivery Manager while supporting executive search mandates.
- Present well-qualified candidates to clients, contributing to successful placements.
Requirements
We seek individuals who are:
- Ambitious and tenacious: Proactive & prepared for cold outreach outreach.
- Sales experienced: Demo strong skills in engaging and influencing candidates/clients (recruitment/sales/other client-facing roles preferred).
- Resilient and resourceful: Solutions-oriented and thriving when solving challenges.
- Excellent communicators: Confident relationship-builders across senior, multilingual talent.
- Team-orientated: Enjoy collaboration in fast-paced, high-performance settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or similar.
- Proven track record in cold outreach or commercial development.

Location
- London-based position with mandatory on-site presence for the first 6 months.
