We’re hiring Associates to train from scratch and join our September 2026 Academy. No recruitment experience needed—just ambition, personality, and the drive to excel.
The Companies You’ll Partner With
You’ll work closely with Founders, CEOs, and Chief People Officers at some of the most innovative tech start-ups and scale-ups—including Wise, Multiverse, and Kraken.
Our client base spans VC-backed, high-growth businesses across:
- Fintech
- Crypto
- SaaS
- AI (And more)
From Series A deals to pre-IPO unicorns, we help them hire Chief People Officers who shape their culture and Talent Leaders who scale their teams. This is high-stakes, fascinating work—you’ll be in the room with some of the most impressive people from day one.
What You’ll Actually Do
✅ Run full 360-degree searches—owning both client potrzeby (finding work) and talent acquisition ✅ Headhunt and assess senior People & Talent professionals ✅ Build authentic, trusted relationships with Founders, CEOs, and People leaders ✅ Manage complex searches end-to-end, from brief to offer negotiation ✅ Become a market expert by attending events, crafting insights, and delivering value-added content

We don’t just throw you in—you’ll join our 12-week structured Academy, built from two decades of coaching top performers. You’ll be mentored directly by our Founder, Penny, who: -regularly bills £1m+ per year -leads high-stakes client mandates -pushes associates to win from day one

What You’ll Earn

💰 Year 1: £50,000 – £60,000 💰 Year 2: £80,000 – £110,000 💰 Year 3+: £110,000+
