Executive Search Researcher | Global Consumer Search Firm | Base to £60k + strong OTE
Most researcher roles in executive search involve supporting someone else's searches indefinitely.
This one has a defined route to Senior Associate, Consultant and Partner, at a firm where the average search fee is around £80k.
The firm is a market leader in senior leadership search across FMCG and CPG, QSR, consumer healthcare, infrastructure and retail, working with some of the most recognised brands in global search. Mandates typically sit between £150k and £500k in base salary.
