As an Executive Search Consultant, you will: Partner with leading AEC firms to understand their hiring needs and provide customised talent solutions. Take ownership of your own niche within the AEC industry to build a 7 figure book of business. Build strong relationships with industry leaders and candidates to grow your professional network. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and placing candidates. Facilitate feedback, manage the offer and negotiation process. Leverage advanced AI tools and data-driven insights to identify and connect with top talent in the AEC market. Stay ahead of market trends through research and analysis to deliver exceptional results. Collaborate with a dynamic team and help build a scalable, high-performing recruitment practice. Win further mandates and further clients, from mandate to onboarding. Manage your research and administrative support effectively, fairly, and efficiently. Provide updates to senior leadership on market development progress.
What we're looking for: Proven experience in recruitment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Interest in the AEC industry and enthusiasm for learning new technologies. Ambition to excel in a tech-enabled, results-driven environment. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. Strong solution focused negotiation skills. High energy, and flexible approach to working hours. Continuous improvement and innovation. Career driven individuals. Desire for autonomy and to build a 7 figure book of business. Results driven mindset. Right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: £30-£36,600k DOE (On-Target Earnings): £165,000+ (includes base, bonuses and uncapped commission)
