The Company

Executive Search Firm focusing on SaaS recruitment globally. There are two positions available. The company is performing at its best, with a nice upward trajectory and a positive, upbeat vibe in the office.

NB: This position is remote, however, you will need to be located within 2 hours of London. International applications cannot be accepted because you will need to travel to London for appointments and team activities.

The Role

  • Hiring senior and executive levels on retained search methodology for International SaaS businesses
  • Full search process, from role briefing and initial client calls, to research side, and finding the right candidates, to managing the full process from inception to offer stage
  • You will be working independently on the entire search process to support clients
  • Average deal values £50k
  • You will be working on 2-3 searches at any one time managing the full process
  • You will establish search deliverables and agree role criteria with the client
  • You will ensure all client documentation is delivered to a high standard, including Engagement letters, Statement of Works, Search reports, Candidate reports, etc.
  • You will establish long-term relationships with candidates and have a commercial mindset to switch candidates over time to being clients for the team
  • Support BD activities and goals of the team and engage in switch-to-pitch conversations with all senior-level candidates
  • There is some BD expectation but this isn't the main focus of the role as they are also very busy with mandates for existing clients

The Selling Points

  • Salary £40-£60k
  • Work remote, and come into the office once or twice a month in central London for team briefing days (you will be in charge of paying to get to the office)

The Requirements

  • Ideally, you will have more than 4 years of recruitment experience in a 360 role, managing entire processes with clients
  • You can come from a retained search or a contingent background, but you must have at least 2 years of experience working on senior or executive-level roles in a 360 capacity
  • If you have SaaS market experience, this will be a bonus
  • You will be good at working on your own initiative and motivating yourself
  • You will enjoy working remotely but also having a strong teamwork focus
  • Ideally, you will have a research-based degree or master's
  • You can come from a tech or non-tech recruitment background
  • It would be great if you had worked on a mix of tech and go-to-market-focused senior-level roles.
