Senior Recruiter – Sports Media Global Opportunities | Retained & Exclusive Projects
As we move through 2026 (our 25th anniversary year), we’re entering an exciting new phase of growth, with a particular focus on the evolving Sports Media landscape. Over the coming months, we’re looking to connect with experienced recruiters who are keen to build or further develop a specialist vertical within this dynamic and fast-changing sector.
We’re a small, close-knit firm where culture genuinely matters. We’re especially interested in individuals who bring experience or a strong interest in sports media, alongside a background in recruitment, whether from executive search or high-level contingency. A consultative, relationship-led approach is key, as is a genuine curiosity for how media, content, and technology are shaping the future of sport.

About the Role This opportunity will see you play a central role in building and shaping our Sports Media practice globally. You’ll work on retained and exclusive search assignments, partnering with broadcasters, production companies, rights holders, agencies, and technology providers to identify and secure high-impact talent.
This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role where you’ll take ownership of mandates, develop your own client relationships, and contribute to the continued expansion of our global footprint, including new international markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver retained and exclusive search assignments across the Sports Media ecosystem. Build and develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Identify and win new business through a consultative, insight-led approach. Establish yourself as a specialist within the Sports Media market. Collaborate with colleagues to support the broader growth of the Sport & Media practice.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a recruiter (executive search or professional/contingent recruitment). Interest or experience within sports media, broadcast, or digital content. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to develop new business. Relationship-driven approach with a focus on quality and delivery. Ambition to build and grow a specialist market vertical.
