About the Role
Tandem Search is a leading global Executive Search firm with offices in Dubai and London, partnering with Financial Institutions and Consulting firms worldwide. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire an Executive Search Consultant to join our London office.
We are seeking an ambitious recruiter with 3–6 years' experience and a strong execution background within Financial Services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality search mandates and is looking to develop into a client-facing Relationship Manager over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside experienced Partners, you will support mandates across leading Investment Banks, Asset Managers, and Financial Institutions, gaining exposure to senior hiring while developing your commercial and business development capabilities.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally around 3–5 years
- Strong execution experience within Executive Search or Financial Services recruitment
- Experience recruiting across Front Office, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or broader Financial Services is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end search processes and deliver high-quality mandates
- Excellent candidate management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial mindset with a desire to develop client relationships and business development capabilities
- Motivated to progress into a future Relationship Manager role within a high-performing search environment
