Executive Search Consultant – Global Markets | London
Tandem Search is a leading global Executive Search firm with offices in Dubai and London, partnering with Financial Institutions and Consulting firms worldwide. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire an Executive Search Consultant to join our London office.
We are looking for an execution-focused recruiter with approximately three years' experience supporting Global Markets hiring across international Financial Institutions. The successful candidate will have exposure to multiple product areas and experience recruiting across key markets including MENA, the UK, Europe and the US.

Candidate Requirements
- Approximately 3 years' recruitment experience following university
- Experience recruiting within Global Markets or Capital Markets
- Exposure to multiple product areas across Global Markets
- Experience supporting mandates across MENA, the UK, Europe and the US
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage search processes from briefing through to placement
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
- Ambitious, commercially minded and motivated to build a long-term career in Executive Search
