About The Role
A leading executive search and recruitment agency is seeking an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. This executive recruitment specialist business places Operations Directors, Managing Directors, and Senior-level personnel into quality positions. Over a decade of success in the exec search sector has established them as a trusted retained recruitment consultant provider. Due to continued growth, they are recruiting for commission-based recruitment roles to meet high client demand.
The Desk
- Executive search recruitment using retained recruitment methodology.
- Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for executive-level and senior positions.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with organisations seeking executive recruitment solutions.
- Using marketing, business development, and competitor intelligence to develop client contacts.
- Managing interviews, reviewing applications, and shortlisting candidates for retained search assignments.
- Providing creative executive recruitment solutions to employer recruitment needs.
- Negotiating terms of engagement and fees with clients.
- Documenting client details, vacancy requirements, and candidate profiles.
