Executive Search Consultant – Leeds Graduate Scheme 2026
Location: Central Leeds (City Centre)
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 + uncapped commission
OTE Year 1: £60,000+

THE ROLE
This is a 360° recruitment role where you’ll build your own client base and candidate network. You are essentially running your own business within ours.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Winning new business and building long-term client partnerships
- Headhunting top talent through cold calls, networking, and LinkedIn outreach
- Pitching opportunities to senior professionals and negotiating high-value deals
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from first call to final placement
- Closing deals and generating revenue (and commission)
- Building a specialist market where you become the go-to expert
