Principal Consultant / Associate Partner – Executive Search

London

Permanent People partnering with a highly respected executive search firm that works exclusively on retained assignments, supporting FTSE 350 businesses, major public sector organisations and some of the UK's most recognisable brands with senior leadership appointments.

As part of continued growth, they're looking to hire experienced search and recruitment professionals at Consultant, Principal Consultant and Associate Partner level.

The Opportunity

You'll join an established and well-connected team, delivering senior-level appointments across one of the following sectors:

  • Consumer & Retail
  • Leisure & Hospitality
  • Local & Central Government
  • Infrastructure (Rail, Airports & Transport)
  • Human Resources
  • Media / Tech

Assignments are exclusively retained, with typical fee values ranging from £25,000 to £35,000+ and often involve hiring leadership talent that shapes the future direction of major organisations. This is a genuine opportunity to operate as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional recruiter.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
