Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission OTE: £60,000+ in Year 1

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious Executive Search Consultant to join our team in Harrogate.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded individual to build a successful career in executive search. Whether you come from a sales background or have previous recruitment experience, we are looking for someone with the drive, resilience, and determination to:
- Develop client relationships
- Deliver exceptional recruitment solutions
- Manage executive search assignments from start to finish
- Work closely with founders, senior leaders, and decision-makers
Key Responsibilities
- Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Managing executive search projects from briefing through to placement
- Conducting market mapping and candidate research
- Approaching, engaging, and assessing senior-level candidates
- Managing the recruitment process and providing consultative advice to clients
- Negotiating offers and supporting successful placements
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of Scale Up Search

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Based in or within commuting distance of Harrogate
- Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or a customer-facing commercial role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated with a desire to succeed
- Confident speaking with senior-level professionals
- Organised, proactive, and self-driven
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desirable
- Previous recruitment or executive search experience
- Experience working in a target-driven environment
- B2B sales experience
- Degree educated (not essential)
