Executive Search Associate, GTM Practice
London (with travel to Austin) | Open to recent graduates
I'm recruiting on behalf of an executive search firm specialising in advising high-growth startups on their most critical hires: the go-to-market leaders—individuals who determine whether a company scales or stalls.
This firm collaborates with Series A to C businesses across North America, spanning industries like AI, fintech, medtech, and more. They regularly work with some of Silicon Valley’s most attractive unicorns, focusing on placements such as VPs of Sales, CROs (Chief Revenue Officers), and Heads of Growth.
One client grew from zero to $100m in revenue, making these hires essential—this is where they excel. For a recent graduate, this is a rare entry point into executive search, a fast-growing, high earning vertical in a firm known for top-tier quality.
You’ll learn executive search as a craft, working closely with Principals and Partners while having direct contact with senior leaders and founders from an early stage. Building expertise in GTM leadership gives you specialised, commercially valuable insights.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
