Experience & Qualifications
While recruitment is optional, we welcome exceptionally skilled candidates despite lack of experience. However:
- Experience in executive search, finance, or sales is highly preferable.
- A good bachelor’s degree is required.
What to Expect in Your Role
Your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and screening top-tier candidates through:
- Cold outreach (in-person and via telephone)
- Candidate screening and interviews
- Mapping and managing targeted candidate pools from relevant industries
- Database expansion through research and contact list compilation
- Administrative tasks, including assignment logistics and data input
- Critical attention to detail—precision is vital for database accuracy.
