Experience & Qualifications

While recruitment is optional, we welcome exceptionally skilled candidates despite lack of experience. However:

  • Experience in executive search, finance, or sales is highly preferable.
  • A good bachelor’s degree is required.

Your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and screening top-tier candidates through:

  • Cold outreach (in-person and via telephone)
  • Candidate screening and interviews
  • Mapping and managing targeted candidate pools from relevant industries
  • Database expansion through research and contact list compilation
  • Administrative tasks, including assignment logistics and data input
  • Critical attention to detail—precision is vital for database accuracy.
