Your Role: Executive Search Partner

As an Executive Search Partner, you’ll:

  • Lead senior-level searches in marketing, digital, and commercial disciplines
  • Work directly with C-suite and C-1 executives
  • Manage high-value mandates
  • Play a key role in shaping our executive recruitment proposition

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture senior candidate and client networks
  • Win and deliver retained and exclusive mandates at executive level
  • Build long-term relationships to drive growth and market share
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with precision
  • Provide strategic insight and thought leadership to clients and peers
  • Negotiate complex deals and influence decision-makers
  • Mentor colleagues, embodying values and work ethic
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the market

What We’re Looking For

We seek candidates with:

  • Proven executive search success (including mandate origination)
  • Strong billing record and track record of hitting individual revenue targets
  • Experience leading retained searches and managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • A natural communicator with a commercial mindset
  • A thought leader with passion for specialist niches
  • A collaborative team player who uplifts others
  • Someone who still loves recruitment—even after years of experience
