About Tidal
Tidal is a newly launched recruitment business operating under the Workplace Futures Group banner. As a specialist subsidiary, Tidal focuses on placing high-quality professionals into the white-collar fit-out and interiors market. We are building a modern, relationship-driven recruitment brand designed to challenge traditional agency models and deliver real value to both clients and candidates.
About the Role
As a Construction Talent Partner, you will play a key role in building Tidal’s presence within the fit-out sector. This is not a transactional recruitment role — you’ll be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in a fast-moving, project-driven market. You will focus on sourcing and placing white-collar professionals across roles such as Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Estimators, Site Managers, and Design professionals within the fit-out and interiors space.
Reasons to use Rodeo
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
It searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a network of high-calibre candidates within the white-collar fit-out market Develop new client relationships while maintaining and growing existing accounts Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, project pipelines, and business goals Source, screen, and qualify candidates through headhunting, networking, and market mapping Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to offer and placement Provide market insight on salary benchmarking, hiring trends, and talent availability Deliver a high-quality, consultative experience for both clients and candidates Contribute to the growth and brand positioning of Tidal within the wider market
