Executive Search Researcher – Tech
London (city) - Hybrid - £40,000-£45,000 basic + bonus
We are working with a highly respected executive search firm seeking to hire an experienced Researcher to support its growing Tech practice.
The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a business with a strong track record of developing talent, offering clear progression through to Partner level. The firm operates exclusively at C-suite level, with an average fee size of c.£80k per placement, and is part of a wider global group, providing both stability and access to a broad, collaborative network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market mapping and candidate research across the Deep Tech and wider Technology landscape
- Support senior consultants on retained, C-level mandates
- Build and maintain longlists of high-calibre executive talent
- Engage with candidates and sources to develop market intelligence
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across different practice areas

What We’re Looking For
- Strong graduate with commercial experience
- Experience in executive search research, or a strong contingent recruitment appealing
- Excellent academic background and proven research capability
- Strong proficiency with AI tools to enhance research and delivery
- Experience using CRM systems effectively
- High levels of organisation, curiosity, and attention to detail
