Role Summary & Impact

We’re recruiting an Executive, Project Delivery to join our Partnerships Project Delivery team (Sports & Entertainment), supporting the production and execution of high-profile media partnership campaigns.

You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of brands, rights holders, platforms, and creators, managing projects across Media Partnerships (print, radio, digital) with potential extension into Branded Entertainment (AV, Branded Content) and Sports/Gaming partnerships.

What Success Looks Like

For Your Team

You’ll quickly:

  • Master WPP Media’s Sports & Entertainment partnership playbook (briefs to final delivery).
  • Forge strong alliances with Business Development and Activation teams internally and externally.
  • Contribute to campaign strategy and logistic support, building expertise in WPP’s content ecosystem.
  • Earn positive client and stakeholder feedback for initiative and execution.

Key Experience & Expertise

  • Passionate interest in media/content partnerships and branded engagement, with a hunger to turn brand culture into impact.
  • Deep awareness of modern media formats: print, radio, digital, and broadcastSigned, AV, and brand integration.
  • Ability to chart evolving consumer habits across sports, entertainment, tech, and media.

Skills & Attributes

  • Hyper-organised attention to detail (spotting gaps before we leave them behind).
  • Social clever: charm, enthusiasm, and the ability to build relationships quickly—new clients, internal partners, or creatives.
  • Nimble on logistics: handle concurrent deadlines with clarity (budgets, timelines, vendor coordination).
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, and core collaboration tools (e.g. WPP systems).
  • Embracive of AI for efficiency, insight, and creativity.
