The Strategic Projects Manager

The Strategic Projects Manager will work directly with the executive leadership team to coordinate and deliver high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across the business.

You will act as a central coordination point for cross-functional projects spanning multiple departments and jurisdictions, ensuring clear ownership, consistent progress, and disciplined execution against agreed business objectives. A key part of the role is translating strategic intent into structured delivery, maintaining momentum across multiple parallel workstreams, and ensuring that critical initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.

This role sits at the centre of the business and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is confident working with senior stakeholders across finance, product, operations, and corporate functions.

Example Projects

  • Coordinating PLC fundraising activity
  • Supporting acquisition and due diligence workstreams
  • Managing international office relocations
  • Assisting with regulatory applications and onboarding in new jurisdictions
  • Overseeing critical infrastructure projects such as banking relationships, insurance, and key vendor transitions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role would suit someone with a background in executive support, coordination, or high-level project administration who is ready to step up into a broader operational role with greater ownership and autonomy. You will move beyond traditional executive assistance into the active delivery of cross-functional, business-critical initiatives across a listed, multi-jurisdictional organisation. This includes working closely with the executive leadership team and taking responsibility for driving progress on strategic priorities and operational initiatives that span multiple departments.

The role is well suited to someone who is highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in ambiguity, and who is looking to develop into a stronger operator by owning work end-to-end rather than simply supporting execution.

Strategic Execution

  • Support delivery of company-wide strategic priorities and long-term business objectives
  • Track progress against strategic initiatives and ensure accountability across teams
  • Build reporting frameworks and provide regular progress updates to the executive team
  • Identify blockers and proactively drive resolution

Project Management
