Job Description
This role requires you to be present in our Covent Garden Office 3 days a week, with the other 2 days spent working from home.
As the UK’s largest independent full fibre network and wholesale platform of choice, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.
Our network is greener, more reliable and designed for the future. The products we run over it lead the way on speed, value and service - helping businesses to innovate, communities to thrive, and people to live more connected digital lives.
At CityFibre, you’ll be part of something bigger, helping to build a better-connected Britain, together.
Joining us as an Executive Support Manager

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll become a trusted partner, working proactively to stay one step ahead and make a real impact across the organisation.
You’ll receive a competitive salary, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Leading and supporting a small Executive Assistant team, ensuring effective collaboration, cover arrangements and a consistently high standard of support
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries, ensuring priorities are balanced and leaders are prepared for every meeting
- Coordinating Board, Executive and Senior Leadership meetings, including agendas, papers, actions and follow-up activities
- Creating high-quality presentations, reports and meeting materials with exceptional attention to detail
- Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a key point of contact for our CEO, CF, internal partners and external contacts
- Taking ownership of multiple priorities at once, proactively identifying issues, managing deadlines and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
