Executive Talent Acquisition Lead
About the Role
As part of the Executive Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for covering executive hires across Technology, COO & Operations & Services businesses globally. As an Executive Talent Acquisition Lead, you will:
- Partner with the business in executive hires at Managing Director level
- Support core and in-business operations spanning Digital & Data, CIO, CTO, AI, CISO, Business Architecture, COO, and Enterprise Excellence
- Assist the Services business in Investor & Issuer Services
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Stakeholder engagement
- Research and candidate identification
- Screening and lead generation
- Longlist/shortlist processes
- Assessment activities
- Offer management and onboarding
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to deliver senior talent to managing stakeholders
- Liaison with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation partners to streamline onboarding processes for senior hires
- Develop and maintain relationships with global executive talent, keeping abreast of industry trends and mobility
- Apply AI-driven tools to enhance process efficiency
- Collaborate with Talent Development on succession planning for critical leadership positions
- Provide market intelligence and benchmark data to support hiring decisions
- Build and manage discipline-specific talent pools through strategic networking and database strategies
- Conduct desktop research to gain competitor insights on salary structures and organisational frameworks
- Evaluate risk exposures tied to executive hiring decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and ethical guidelines

Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in in-house executive recruitment and/or retained executive search
- Proven ability to engage senior-level candidates while effectively presenting talent to executive stakeholders
- Profound industry knowledge of the financial services sector
- Competency in: salary benchmarks, compensation structuring, and designing tailored employment offers
- Proven ability to identify and attract highly effective passive candidates
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies concisely in writing and discussion

Education
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

- Proactiveness in escalating and reporting compliance issues transparently
