Your Role
Gensler is looking for an exceptional Executive Recruiter that can effectively manage full cycle recruiting for senior, strategic leaders, and subject matter expert positions at our firm. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, you will support the business in attracting the best talent to the firm. You will work closely with the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, our Executive and Regional Leadership team, and successful collaboration with the region’s Talent Acquisition Leader. Prioritized time will be spent researching, sourcing candidates, and building SME talent pipelines.
What You Will Do
- Proactively source and recruit senior level candidates for critical leadership roles globally
- Network and engage with employees, professional organizations, social media (for example LinkedIn), and other proactive channels
- Influence interest from key prospects to consider opportunities at Gensler through relationship building
- Manage confidential and critical role in close partnership with local Talent Acquisition and Executive stakeholders, demonstrating discretion, market awareness, and strong commitment to candidate experience
- Manage full cycle talent acquisition and advise on talent acquisition strategies for key leadership roles
- Deep passion, understanding, and long-standing commitment to inclusive hiring practices
- Source, recruit, and provide an “exceptional candidate experience” for all prospective candidates
- Provide regular reporting, metrics and analyses to articulate progress against demand and timelines for assigned recruitment drives
- Provide insight and advice to business stakeholders on market trends, competitor information, market challenges and talent acquisition strategies
- Partner with Executive Leaders to understand talent requirements as well as formulating and delivering appropriate sourcing search strategies based on these requirements
- Act as “trusted advisor” to senior leadership by providing strategic direction and consultation to acquire the necessary talent
- Continuously build talent pipelines to meet current and future needs
- Drive overall talent acquisition strategy to meet the needs of each strategic search
- Manage Workday/Avature and all of its functions, from opening a role, dispositioning candidates, to closing a role
- Be familiar with offer package preparation and negotiation
- Potentially extend verbal offers to final candidates
- Develop innovative and effective candidate engagement strategies to build networks of engaged candidates via active sourcing and employer branding activities externally and internally
- Assist in EEO, OFCCP and ATS Audits

Your Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting. Experience in the architecture/design or professional services industries is a plus
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Relationship Management System. Workday and Avature highly preferred
- Experience sourcing candidates and using your network of contacts in the industry
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
- Ability to multi-task and perform in fast paced environment
- Foundational understanding of human resources and talent acquisition
