Executive Team Assistant
Green Park | Full-Time
Salary: £50,000
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Team Assistant to join a busy property development team based in Green Park. This is a varied, admin-heavy role suited to someone who enjoys being the go-to support person, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
The successful candidate will be confident managing busy diaries and inboxes, preparing meeting materials and presentations, coordinating agendas and minutes, and supporting across operations, deal processes, and wider team administration. This role would suit someone who enjoys being involved in the detail and understanding the full process behind projects and transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Preparing agendas, presentations, slides, and meeting materials
- Taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked
- Supporting with banking administration and deal coordination
- Assisting with legal documentation processes and maintaining accurate records
- Managing and prioritising personal and team to-do lists
- Producing brochures and branded materials using Canva
- Providing general administrative and operational support across the property development team
- Ensuring a high level of organisation and attention to detail at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have strong administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Be confident using Canva, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
- Have experience supporting deals, legal processes, or financial administration
- Be proactive, polished, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Have excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
