Location: UK Wide (Remote / Home Based) Salary: £14 – £18 per hour (£27,300 – £35,100 per annum equivalent, based on a 37.5-hour week) Job Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Senior Executive / Director (Client Side)


About the Opportunity

Vita CV is currently recruiting on behalf of a UK-based professional services business seeking an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to support senior leadership. This is a fully remote, full-time role suited to candidates with prior EA or senior VA experience who can manage confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.


About the Role

The Executive Virtual Assistant will provide high-level support to senior executives, managing complex diaries, coordinating travel and meetings, preparing materials for board and client engagements, and acting as a trusted point of contact for the leadership team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling, and meeting coordination for senior executives
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense management
  • Prepare briefing notes, reports, and presentation materials for board and client meetings
  • Act as a discreet point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams
  • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with full professionalism
  • Support project tracking and follow-up on action items from leadership meetings
  • Maintain organised filing, contact databases, and executive workflows

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or senior Virtual Assistant role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential information
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, video conferencing, and CRM tools
  • Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote working environment
  • A stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for executive calls

Desirable (Nice to Have)

  • Experience supporting C-suite or board-level executives
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Calendly, Slack, or expense platforms
