Job Description: Regional Sales Executive

Job Summary

This critical regional sales role at HBX Group is responsible for driving new client acquisition and business expansion across an assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving financial targets by executing strategic commercial plans, while also fostering long-term client relationships to ensure retention, growth, and sustainable revenue growth globally.


Key Responsibilities

New Business Growth & Acquisition

-Achieve regional new business revenue targets, aligning with global financial objectives -Develop and execute strategic commercial action plans tailored to market growth -Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the assigned territory -Manage the full sales life cycle, from lead generation to contract closure -Leverage market insights and competitor intelligence to strategically position HBX Group’s solutions

Client Retention & Relationship Management

-Build and maintain strong, high-value relationships with existing clients -Focus on /client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth within the current portfolio -Regularly review client contracts and accounts to optimize performance and promote upselling/cross-selling opportunities -Proactively engage with clients to understand and address future business needs

Market & Cross-Team Collaboration

-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to inform strategic sales approaches -Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., onboarding, data, operations) to ensure client success -Act as a local ambassador for HBX Group, promoting business objectives and market opportunities


Experience & Skills

Essential

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (3+ years preferred)
  • Experience managing regional/territorial sales targets and revenue goals
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills (critical for client retention)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Capable of strategic thinking alongside the ability to execute commercial plans under pressure
  • Results-driven with ambition to exceed fiscal targets
  • Independent and pro-active management of multiple priorities and work streams
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment

*Preferred (Industry/Travel Edge)

  • Background in hospitality, travel tech, tour operations, or B2B retail sales
  • Experience interfacing with tour operators, distribution channels, or loyalty programs
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles or complex deal negotiation
