Additionally, we also represent Ford, Fiat and Maxus commercial vehicle franchises.

We are recruiting for an Experienced Parts Sales Advisor for our busy workshop in Broxburn.

Would suit an individual with prior knowledge and understanding of the automotive stores/parts department environment and experience in the ordering of parts, client customer service and the allocation of items to and from the shop floor.

Manufacturer training will be given to the right candidate and successful applicants will enjoy excellent working conditions as well as a competitive remuneration package.

Shift patterns consist of Monday-Friday with rotational Saturday mornings.

THE ROLE

  • Dealing with customer’s enquiries and request in person and via phone & email.
  • Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing and taking payment.
  • Checking in parts deliveries as required.
  • Managing parts stock.
  • Building & Maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Liaising with the Workshop, Service Advisors and Customers.
  • Providing quotations.
  • Parts delivery as required during holiday cover.

THE PERSON

  • Previous Parts department experience.
  • Strong understanding of a Mechanical/Automotive environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Customer Service skills.
  • IT literacy
  • A current full driving License.
