A career move for recruiters who want bigger opportunities, stronger earning potential, and genuine progression.
You already understand recruitment. You know what it takes to manage expectations, build relationships, and stay resilient when deals don’t go to plan. You’ve handled difficult conversations, changing priorities, and the pressure that comes with working towards targets.
What you might be looking for now is more ownership, more opportunity, and more reward for the work you put in. That’s where this role is different.
At Tenth Revolution Group, you’ll join as a full 360 Recruitment Consultant within the technology market, taking ownership of both the candidate and client side of the recruitment process. You’ll build your own market, develop client relationships, and directly influence both your billings and earning potential.
This isn’t about starting over. It’s about taking your recruitment experience and applying it in a high-growth, high-demand market with greater long-term opportunity.
Why recruiters make the move to TRG
- Uncapped commission from day one You’re already working towards targets. Here, success is rewarded directly, with a commission structure that recognises performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
