We’re a U.S.-based bookkeeping firm that helps small business owners in the trades — contractors, roofers, landscapers, painters, HVAC techs, remodelers — clean up their books, understand their numbers, and save time.

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) based in the Philippines to cold call small business owners, start friendly conversations, qualify interest, and book appointments for our closer to present bookkeeping services.

If you’re confident on the phone, love talking to people, and enjoy helping business owners solve problems — this is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to small business owners in the U.S. (contractors, trades, service providers, etc.)
  • Use our proven script to open conversations and qualify interest
  • Ask discovery questions to understand their bookkeeping situation
  • Schedule appointments (Google Calendar / CRM) for our senior closer
  • Track calls, leads, and booked appointments in a spreadsheet or CRM
  • Follow up with warm leads and reschedule missed appointments
  • Provide daily updates and weekly performance reports

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
