Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Greater Manchester for an Architectural Technologist.
You will:
- Manage and oversee Technical Packages, ensuring adherence to specifications and industry standards
- Prepare architectural drawings
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building regulations
- Advise project teams through design and construction
- Maintain attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and effective team collaboration
Qualifications & Experience
Technical Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Revit and other relevant technical software
- Strong expertise in building construction, design detailing, and technical drawings

Project & Professional Experience
- Experience in project management, team coordination, and stakeholder collaboration
- Knowledge of UK building regulations, planning procedures, and construction standards
- Advantageous: Membership or eligibility in the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT)
- Preferred: Experience working on complex residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic organisational abilities
