Position: Experienced Barber **Location: - Leeds, UK **Wage: - Competitive/Negotiable (to be discussed during interview) **Key Responsibilities: **
- Provide high-quality barbering services, including trendy haircuts, classic shaves, and detailed beard trims, tailored to each client's unique style.
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend styles that enhance their appearance and confidence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming barbershop environment, ensuring tools and workspaces meet the highest hygiene standards.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by demonstrating genuine care, attentiveness, and expertise, encouraging repeat business.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products to consistently deliver exceptional services that exceed client expectations. **What We’re Looking For: **
- Extensive experience as a barber (2 years minimum), with a portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in both traditional and modern barbering practices, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor, making clients feel at ease.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, efficiently managing multiple clients while providing outstanding service.
