Permanent employed position | Full-time and part-time available
Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge is recruiting an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our award-winning salon in South Croydon.
Due to growing demand, we are looking for a confident, professionally qualified therapist who can deliver excellent waxing, facial and massage treatments while providing the high standard of guest care for which Queen B is known.
We are also recruiting experienced Nail Technicians, so this position would be particularly well suited to a multi-skilled Beauty Therapist who is confident delivering professional natural nail treatments, gel polish or BIAB.
Queen B is not a high-volume salon. Treatments are not rushed, corners are not cut and professional standards are not negotiable.

You will deliver a range of professional beauty treatments, including:
- Female waxing, including intimate waxing
- Professional facials and skincare treatments
- Massage
- Body treatments, wraps and scrubs
- Detailed consultations and treatment planning
- Appropriate aftercare and treatment recommendations
- Consistently high treatment-room hygiene and preparation standards

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
