What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Casino Cashier who holds a valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL). The Casino Cashier is responsible for handling all monetary transactions within the casino cage, including exchanging chips for cash, processing debit card transactions, redeeming tickets, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, customer service skills, and adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls.

Main Responsibilities
- Always observe the conditions and requirements of the Cashdesk Procedure Manual, Guidelines, directives and provisions of relevant legislation.
- Ensure that all Company records and paperwork is accurately and comprehensively completed in accordance with Company procedures and accounting guidelines and reporting errors and omissions to your manager.
- Investigating queries from head office or in-house.
- Carry out all cash and electronic transactions including exchanges, chip redemptions, debit transactions, ATM, and payouts.
- Exchange chips, tokens, and tickets for cash accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer buy-ins and payouts while following cashdesk procedures.
- Updating points/player tracking for customers.
- Maintaining all ATMs.
- Processing all banking.
- Verify and record all financial transactions in the casino’s accounting system.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, anti-money-laundering (AML) laws, and casino security procedures.
- Assist with count operations, including counting and securing large sums of cash.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving minor disputes professionally.
- Report suspicious activities or policy violations to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling customer and financial information.

Please Note: You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK
This position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling.
Casino Cashiers will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
