The Opportunity: Casino Dealer
We’re looking for a Casino Dealer with a valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL) to join our exciting team. You’ll deliver exceptional service while dealing games like Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker, and more.
Your responsibilities will include dealing games with accuracy and energy, guiding players, and creating a fun, professional atmosphere. In fulfilment of internal monitoring and lawful requirements a useful screening of employment references is mandated.

Key Responsibilities
Table Operations & Gaming Compliance
- Conduct assigned table and electronic games (such as Blackjack, Roulette, Three-Card Poker, and Baccarat) in accordance with rules, policies, and gaming regulations.
- Shuffle and deal cards OR operate gaming equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure game integrity by monitoring play for rule adherence and identifying any irregularities.
- Report suspicious or unusual activity to supervisory staff immediately.
Guest Experience & Service Delivery
- Deliver outstanding guest service by maintaining a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
- Explain game rules and procedures clearly and courteously to players.
- Handle disputes or misunderstandings calmly, escalating to a supervisor as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of guests and company information.
Financial & Administrative Tasks
- Accurately exchange chips for cash and calculate payouts quickly and correctly.
- Ensure full compliance with gaming commission regulations and internal controls.

Team Collaboration & Training
- Work collaboratively with dealers, gaming supervisors, and management.
- Participate in training and development programs to maintain skill proficiency and regulatory knowledge.
- Supervise gaming tables and dealers as required.

Requirements
- Must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK.
- Currently holds a valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL).
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods on shifts, often working evening/night shifts, weekends, and weekends.
A flexible schedule is essential due to our 24/7 operations.
