Job Description
As an early-stage Experienced Engineer at Ollyinsurance.com, you will lead the technical development of an AI-native insurance platform. You will integrate continuous health data from wearables with production LLM systems to revolutionize UK healthcare. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape both the technical architecture and product strategy from day one.

What You Will Do
- Architect and build full-stack systems that ingest and analyze continuous biometric data from wearables and modern health platforms.
- Develop and deploy production-grade AI systems using LLMs to personalize insurance offerings and automate health insights for members.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to define the product roadmap, technical direction, and overall engineering culture.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience as a senior or lead engineer shipping clean, reliable, and scalable code in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Deep technical expertise in health data integration, specifically working with APIs from Oura, Apple Health, or similar wearable platforms.
- Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI systems within a production software environment.
