Midland Commercial Cleaners is looking for an experienced Estimator to join our growing team.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with proven experience in the commercial cleaning or facilities management sector.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Read and interpret architectural plans, drawings, and tender documents.
- Carry out detailed site surveys.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
- Calculate staffing levels, costs, and cleaning specifications.
- Build strong relationships with clients and confidently discuss requirements.
- Manage multiple tenders while meeting deadlines.

- Has previous estimating experience within commercial cleaning or facilities management.
- Has excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Is organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Has excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
