What you will do Lead retained searches at Board and C-suite level. Build and grow your client portfolio with deep, long-term partnerships. Raise our market profile through thought leadership, events, and relationships. Collaborate across La Fosse to unlock new opportunities and client value. We're looking for someone to bring; A strong track record in executive search or senior-level recruitment. Credibility with C-suite and Board-level clients.
