Experienced 360 Finance Recruiter

Location: Central London / Potters Bar (100% Office Based)

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus Structure


Handpicked Recruitment is a specialist boutique finance recruitment consultancy, dedicated to placing qualified and part-qualified accounting professionals across a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced 360 Finance Recruiter to join our ambitious and collaborative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruiter who enjoys developing new business, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions from start to finish. You'll have full ownership of your desk, working with both new and existing clients while building long-term relationships with high-calibre finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to successful placement
  • Identify and win new business opportunities, developing long-term client partnerships
  • Build and manage your own portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
  • Source, interview, and assess qualified and part-qualified accounting professionals
  • Advertise vacancies, proactively headhunt candidates, and build talent pipelines
  • Provide consultative recruitment advice to both clients and candidates
  • Manage the offer process, negotiate terms, and oversee placements through to completion
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and candidates to build lasting relationships and generate repeat business
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual billing and performance targets
  • Maintain accurate records using the CRM system and ensure compliance with recruitment best practice

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within finance recruitment
  • Demonstrable success in business development and client acquisition
  • Strong track record of billing and delivering recruitment solutions
  • Experience recruiting qualified and/or part-qualified accounting professionals is highly desirable
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive and target-driven approach
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Confident communicator with a professional and consultative style
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed within a high-performance environment
